EDM CNC Machining with Micron Tolerances: We offer both Plunge EDM and Wire EDM CNC Machining. Combining our expertise and experience in EDM with our in house precision CNC Machining services, we can offer a truly diverse range of CNC Machining Expertise.

Our Wire EDM department is actually in a separate and enclosed area. It is maintained under positive air pressure under very close temperature control.

Our CNC Wire EDM Machining process is very accurate that we are often able to predict the outcome of the process with reasonable and reliable accuracy in situations where contact or other forms of measurement are simply impossible. In one situation, our customer had to actually install such components into their equipment and take optical and electronic measurement to confirm the accuracy of our work.

We use Wire EDM machines with true 5th Axis capability. We have custom built machines for this purpose - True 5th axis being an integrated submersible indexer. Our EDM Wire process also offers fine Wire EDM machining – including a one thou (0.001”) diameter wire ( .0254mm ). Which means that we can offer corner radii of as tight as 0.001” ( .0254mm )(EDM Wire radius of 0.0005 + over burn 0.0005 = .0001” corner radii). They are equipped with 0.1 Micron glass scales and are carefully calibrated and laser aligned to perfection.
